The New Balance 890 is a light weight neutral trainer is a great trainer for everyone! From our initial fit tests, the New Balance 890 felt very light, responsive and flexible. The overlays and upper snugged the foot very well, too. The ride felt soft and transitioned well but wasn't nearly as mushy as some of it's contemporaries. In short, we really like this shoe.
