Coach Mike Smith Mike Smith "Smitty" is one
of the area's top Triathletes/Duathletes. Also an accomplished
runner, he consistently finishes in the top 10-15 in the
Mini-Marathon with a PR of 1:09:59.

Mike will meet with you personally to determine your fitness level,
goals, expectations, etc... in order to develop a desirable training
program for you.

Your plan will provide daily printed workout plans in a weekly format
that is individually designed to fit your goals.
·Weekly supervised workouts
Each week, when appropriate, we will meet for a group run and/or group
rides. These rides will be determined by the group at convenient
locations for everyone. (Eagle
Creek Park, Broad Ripple Canal Path, 46th & Central Bike Group ride,
Natatorium, Ft. Harrison)
